“Did it get bigger?” — check it with photos.
A notebook app for photographing the spot you care about the same way every time. Your previous photo fades onto the camera screen so you can match the angle and distance. Comparing the two is up to you.
Free to use. The paid plan is $4.99 per month with a 3-day free trial.

Current
Three steps, that is all
- 1
Choose the spot to watch
Belly, back, around the eyes, mouth, ears, tail, each of the four paws. Pick the body area and give it a name. Switch between several pets — dogs, cats, rabbits.
- 2
Shoot with the last photo faded on top
The camera screen fades in your previous photo with a dashed frame and a crosshair. Line it up and shoot, and each photo lands closer to the same framing.
- 3
Line them up and look for yourself
Photos are kept in date order. View the previous one and the current one side by side, with a concern level and a note attached.
What it does
A guide for shooting the same way
Your previous photo appears at 30% opacity with a dashed frame and a crosshair — a marker for matching angle and distance.
Previous and current, side by side
Every spot keeps its photos in date order. Put one earlier photo and the current one next to each other.
Concern level and notes
Each photo can carry a concern level (4 steps) and a free-text note, with one-tap chips for common observations.
A PDF for your vet
Export that spot's photos, dates and notes as an A4 PDF. Print it, or show it on screen during the consult. (Paid plan)
A weekly reminder
Pick the day and the hour you want to be reminded to take the photo. Turn it off whenever you like.
Three text sizes
Standard, large and extra large, applied across the whole app.
What this app does not do
Stated up front, because assuming otherwise is what would hurt you most.
- It does not find or diagnose illness. It is not a substitute for veterinary care.
- It does not look at your photo and decide whether something is fine. You are the one comparing.
- There is no way to share records with family or anyone else. There is no invite code.
- There is no cloud storage for your photos. Photos and notes stay on your iPhone.
- It does send usage records (a per-device anonymous ID, the device type, which kinds of actions were tapped) when the app starts. There is currently no switch in the app to stop this.

The “short note saved at capture” is a fixed sentence the app attaches to the record. It is not the result of examining your photo.
This app is a notebook for keeping a record of what you observed. It is not veterinary care, diagnosis or treatment. If you notice worrying symptoms or a sudden change, please contact your veterinarian.
